after some thinking and refining. I think I now have a solid idea. here it is:

with keeping with the theme of ‘connecting people’ I wanted to express the idea of communication. what is a communication? what is a email? we write something on a keyboard press send and then what? I guess it goes to satellites through processing systems and a whole lot of complicated processes. blah!

I wanted to give this form of communication a tangible form. I am running with the idea of the email sending itself like a letter. just not a letter but a paper plane.

it starts with a girls seemingly writing a email. the email turn into a paper plane.

the paper plane travels from where it was sent through the city to its destination.

along the way it shops and goes for a coffee. giving the paper plane or the email (the form of communication) some character. personalising it.

the email gets to its destination (a mans house) and delivers its message in a very real very tangible slap in the face.

the message: ‘Im leaving you’
